Terms and conditions

What the service covers, what we each owe the other, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Draft document. This describes the service as we offer it, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and will be before public launch and before any money is taken. The Romanian version is the governing one. Questions: contact@ineo.ro.

1. Who provides the service

The site https://lansat.acasa.jeff.ro and the Lansat service are operated by INEO UNIC JUST ONLINE SRL, a company registered in Romania. Contact: contact@ineo.ro.

2. What the service is

Lansat is an online launch package, paid for once. For the lines of work we cover, the package includes:

  • a presentation website, built from a template matched to your line of work;
  • opening and setting up the social media accounts you need;
  • creating and completing the Google Business (Google Maps) profile;
  • 30 days of promotion: automatically published posts and ad campaign setup;
  • an online booking system, for lines of work that run on appointments.

The service does not include:

  • online shops with payments and stock management;
  • the paid advertising budget, which is paid directly to Google or Meta;
  • running the promotion after the 30 included days;
  • company registration, accounting, permits or legal advice;
  • photo or video production at your premises.

3. Reservations

While card payment is not active on the site, the form ends with a reservation. A reservation is not a contract, commits you to nothing and involves no payment. It is your permission for us to contact you by email with a concrete offer. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, under the privacy policy.

4. Price and payment

The listed package price is RON 1,999, one time. It is an indicative price shown on the site; the final price is confirmed to you in writing before payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and we do not store your card details.

5. What you send us

To deliver, we need information about your business: services, prices, opening hours, address, contact details and images if you have them. By sending them you confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information published about your business.

6. Timelines

We give you an estimated timeline in writing before starting. It runs from the moment we have everything we need. Some steps depend on third parties — Google Business verification or social media platform checks, for example — and delays they cause are not attributable to us.

7. Who owns the results

Accounts created as part of the service are opened in your name and on your email address, and you receive every credential on delivery. The website and the content produced for you belong to you. The templates, code and proprietary tooling we use remain ours and are licensed to you for the operation of your own site.

8. After the 30 days

The automated promotion stops. The website, the social media accounts and the Google profile stay active and remain yours, at no further cost to us. Continuing the promotion is agreed separately.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014). If you expressly ask us to start work within that period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that you owe the value of what was delivered up to the point of withdrawal.

10. Liability

We undertake to deliver the service with professional diligence. We do not guarantee commercial results — number of clients, orders, Google ranking or campaign performance — because those depend on factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount actually received from you for the service.

11. Complaints

Write to us first at contact@ineo.ro. If we cannot reach a solution, you may contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (anpc.ro) or the European online dispute resolution platform.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably where possible and, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
