Privacy policy

What data this site collects, why, who we pass it to, and what rights you have.

Draft document. This text describes the processing that actually happens on https://lansat.acasa.jeff.ro, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be before public launch. The Romanian version is the governing one. Questions until then: contact@ineo.ro.

1. Who processes the data

The controller is INEO UNIC JUST ONLINE SRL, a company registered in Romania, operating https://lansat.acasa.jeff.ro under the Lansat brand. For anything concerning your data, contact contact@ineo.ro.

2. What we collect and why

The launch form

As you go through the launch form we collect, in order: your email address, then the business name, the line of work and the city. We save the email address as soon as you enter it, even if you do not finish the form, so we can send you the offer and pick the conversation back up.

The purpose is to prepare and send you an offer for the launch service and, if you accept it, to deliver that service.

The contact form

We collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, subject and message, in order to answer your enquiry.

Newsletter sign-up

If you subscribe from the site footer we collect your email address and, optionally, your name, to send you news about the service. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

Cookies and measurement

With the consent you give through the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel (including its server-side counterpart, the Conversions API) to understand how the site is used and to measure campaign results. Those systems receive cookie-type identifiers, your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Your email address is sent to Meta only in irreversibly hashed form and never to Google Analytics.

If you decline, no measurement tool loads and no event is sent. We keep a record of your choice (date, version, options selected, IP and user agent), because the law requires us to be able to demonstrate consent.

3. Legal basis

  • Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — the launch form and contact form data, to answer you and prepare the offer.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — analytics and marketing cookies, newsletter sign-up. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — site security and limiting form abuse.

4. Who else has access

We do not sell your data. We process it through providers acting as processors, with the agreements required by Art. 28 GDPR in place:

  • MongoDB Atlas — the database the form submissions are stored in.
  • Resend — sending transactional email and newsletters.
  • Vercel — site hosting.
  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) — measurement, only with consent.
  • Meta (Pixel, Conversions API) — measurement and advertising, only with consent.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

  • Launch form data: 24 months from the last interaction, if you do not become a client.
  • Contact form messages: 12 months from our last reply.
  • Newsletter email address: until you unsubscribe.
  • Consent records: 3 years, as proof of consent.
  • Contractual and financial data, if you become a client: the periods required by tax law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR (Art. 15–22) you have the right:

  • to know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • to have inaccurate data corrected;
  • to have it erased;
  • to have processing restricted;
  • to receive your data in a portable format;
  • to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before that.

Write to contact@ineo.ro and we will answer within 30 days at most. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.

7. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions with legal effect concerning you and we do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

8. Changes

If we change how we process data, we update this page. This version is a draft and will be replaced by the legally reviewed one before public launch.
